Rather than just a lecture\, participants engage in hands-on exercises using real-world scenarios\, justifying their decisions\, building upon their skills to identify true root cause(s)\, implement effective corrective and preventive actions\, and produce actionable documentation. The result is a more confident team\, proactive food safety culture\, fewer repeat nonconformances\, and CARs that stand up to auditor scrutiny.
