This course is for you! \nThis proprietary course is intended for entry-level employees and individuals with little or no experience in the food production industry to support the beginning of their food safety journey. \nThis half-day\, lecture-style training focuses on the foundational concepts integral to the current domestic food safety landscape. Attendees will gain insight into food safety terminology\, key concepts and their relationship to food safety regulation in the United States\, core principles of HACCP\, and elements of the basic building blocks of a successful food safety system including food defense\, food fraud\, and food safety culture. \nJoin us as we guide you on the beginning of your food safety journey! \nWho Should Attend \nEntry-level employees and individuals with little or no experience in the food production industry. \n  \nCancellation Policy: Cancellations for public training must be made at least 10 business days before the event for a full refund. Requests for refunds 10 business days or less before the training will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds (or credit transfer) will be issued 5 business days or less before the training.
