Internal Auditor: Verifying the Effectiveness of Your Food Safety Program

This one day course offers basic audit training for designated persons who are responsible for verifying the effectiveness of the food safety system. The delegate will gain a holistic view of internal auditing, focusing on practical aspects, with the opportunity to apply internal auditing processes, which are suited to all management systems (including GFSI standards – BRC, SQF, GlobalGAP). Case studies and interactive activities are provided.

This training provides participants with the knowledge and skills needed to perform internal audits on food safety management systems (FSMS) and to contribute to their continual improvement. Participants are expected to have knowledge of food safety management systems before attending this training.
