DESCRIPTION:After conducting a cursory investigation into food and beverage recalls\, you will find that many of them are a result of failures of fundamental programs like sanitation.  History has taught us that although having an effective\, documented food safety plan is important to the success of any food or beverage manufacturer\, the objective of producing safe food cannot be achieved without sustained sanitation and its integration with other prerequisite programs. \nIn this live\, interactive course we will discuss the ins and outs of sanitation\, including a comparison of cleaning technologies and how to verify that your program is working properly as well as validating that it is effective. \nJoin us online\, bring your questions\, and let’s talk about the fundamentals of sanitation! \nWhat you’ll receive: \nCertificate of Attendance \n  \nCancellation Policy: Cancellations for public training must be made at least 10 business days before the event for a full refund.
