SUMMARY:Fundamentals of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (formerly cGMPs Under FSMA) - Spanish
DESCRIPTION:We’ve talked about Preventive Controls for years now\, and many companies feel they’re prepared for what the FDA is looking for. But how much do you know about the current GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements under the FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Food Rule? \nHaving an effective\, documented food safety plan is important to the success of any food or beverage manufacturer\, which includes sustaining robust programs rooted in GMPs. This is a live training\, so bring your questions and be ready to talk with us and other attendees! The course will go through the current requirements section by section\, with a practical perspective and examples\, to give attendees a deeper understanding of the cGMP requirements from a real-world perspective. \nTopics will include employee practices\, sanitation\, pest control\, and other pre-requisite programs that are critical for any food or beverage manufacturing facility. Whether your company is certified to a GFSI-benchmarked audit scheme or not\, this course is designed to benefit all categories of producers in the industry. Leave class with a more comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and the confidence to implement and maintain necessary elements of your food safety system. \nWhat you’ll receive: \nCertificate of Attendance \n  \nCancellation Policy: Cancellations for public training must be made at least 10 business days before the event for a full refund. Requests for refunds 10 business days or less before the training will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds (or credit transfer) will be issued 5 business days or less before the training.

SUMMARY:Sanitation Fundamentals - Spanish
DESCRIPTION:After conducting a cursory investigation into food and beverage recalls\, you will find that many of them are a result of failures of fundamental programs like sanitation.  History has taught us that although having an effective\, documented food safety plan is important to the success of any food or beverage manufacturer\, the objective of producing safe food cannot be achieved without sustained sanitation and its integration with other prerequisite programs. \nIn this live\, interactive course we will discuss the ins and outs of sanitation\, including a comparison of cleaning technologies and how to verify that your program is working properly as well as validating that it is effective. \nJoin us online\, bring your questions\, and let’s talk about the fundamentals of sanitation! \nWhat you’ll receive: \nCertificate of Attendance \n  \nCancellation Policy: Cancellations for public training must be made at least 10 business days before the event for a full refund. Requests for refunds 10 business days or less before the training will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
