FSMA Certified Trainings

Our Certified FSMA courses are taught by passionate and seasoned subject matter specialists who utilize real-world experience to educate professionals on how to get their facility FSMA ready.

Produce Safety Alliance Grower Training Course

Safe Food Alliance’s team of Lead Instructors will be offering the FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) Produce Safety Training, which was designed by the Produce Safety Alliance, as described by the FDA, in partnership with various industry associations and members of the agricultural community. This one day training, designed to help meet FDA requirements, will provide a foundational understanding of the contents of the Produce Safety rule including required programs and records, as well as recommended best practices which are based on existing GAP (good agricultural practices) programs.

Preventive Controls Qualified Individual

Safe Food Alliance has approved Instructors for the FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) Preventive Controls Qualified Individual Training (PCQI), designed by the  as described by the FDA. This two-and-a-half day training, designed to help meet FDA requirements, will provide direction to create a Food Safety Plan which complies with the Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for Human Foods (HARPC) requirements.
