Internal Auditor – Verifying the Effectiveness of Your Food Safety Program

This one day course offers basic audit training and skills for those responsible for verifying the effectiveness of the food safety system. Participants will gain a holistic view of internal auditing, and focus on practical aspects with interactive activities and case studies. Participants will have the opportunity to apply internal auditing processes, and receive feedback. These audit processes are suited for all management systems (including GFSI standards – BRCGS, SQF, GlobalGAP). This training provides participants with the knowledge and skills needed to perform internal audits and to contribute to their continual improvement training.
