New to food safety? This course is for you!
This proprietary course is intended for entry-level employees and individuals with little or no experience in the food production industry to support the beginning of their food safety journey.
This half-day, lecture-style training focuses on the foundational concepts integral to the current domestic food safety landscape. Attendees will gain insight into food safety terminology, key concepts and their relationship to food safety regulation in the United States, core principles of HACCP, and elements of the basic building blocks of a successful food safety system including food defense, food fraud, and food safety culture.
