By now you have most likely heard that we are launching an expansion of our DFA of California services by forming an additional business segment, Safe Food Alliance. In addition to the new business segment, DFA Global Certifications has updated its business name to Safe Food Certifications, LLC, a sister organization to Safe Food Alliance. These expansion plans have been favorably received by our business partners. As we continue to develop programs that address ongoing food safety challenges, we remain committed to providing you with cutting-edge accredited laboratory testing and analysis, training and consulting, and certification audits through Safe Food Certifications, while also increasing our scope to include a wider variety of food industry sectors.
As a recognized certification body, Safe Food Certifications LLC will provide certification audits for GFSI, HACCP, and other platforms to meet the needs of the industry. These audits are officially recognized by state, federal and international authorities responsible for validating quality standards.
This steadfast commitment to expanding our food safety capabilities through Safe Food Alliance to a wider variety of food sectors only strengthens our resolve to also remain sharply focused on continuing to provide our long-time dried fruit and tree nut industry members with services they have been receiving for over 100 years. These services will continue under the DFA of California name. They include third-party commodity inspections, arbitration services, Red Seal Certificates, and our Export Trading Company opportunities.
Our Safe Food Alliance team is working hard to navigate our customers through a variety of customized programs. These include Produce Safety training; Preventive Controls Qualified Individual training; HACCP training; and SQF & BRCGS training.
