HACCP 102: How to Build a HACCP Plan (Team Training)

This step by step HACCP workshop will cover how to develop a HACCP plan from start to finish. Attendees will identify the scope of their HACCP plan, create or update their process flow diagram, preparing their HACCP plan and documentation (critical control points, process controls, FSMA, plan implementation, and HACCP plan revalidation).
